You are cordially invited to exhibit at Illinois TESOL-BE's Workshops and Annual Convention and to advertise in its Electronic Newsletter and Convention Program. This will give you the opportunity to reach hundreds of ESL and bilingual educators, pre-Kindergarten through university and adult education.

The Dates and Rates contains ITBE's calendar for the 2011-2012 academic year. In it, you will find:

• Dates and locations of Workshops
• Date and Location of the 38th Annual State Convention
• Exhibit rates for each event
• Copy deadlines for publications
• Costs for advertising and for the membership list
  
• Fee for rental for demonstration rooms for commercial presentations

Demonstration rooms may be used for sales presentations, authors' meetings, etc. They are very popular and always sell out. Arrangements for a demonstration room or publisher event must be made through Exhibits and Advertising, NOT through the program chairperson or online. Please download and send in your Proposal Form. Please submit one for each time slot you rent. Please return the enclosed Space and Advertising Agreement with your payment.
